Total projected build time onsite is estimated to be 3-4 weeks. This includes earthworks, waterproofing, tiling, hydraulics and handover. We’ll guide you through the timeline based on your specific project.

Yes. Approval requirements are required for a swimming pool. We’re happy to assist with any design/ documentation needed for the approval process.

Our standard packages include earthworks, precast concrete pool shell, fully tiled interior finish (with Epoxy grout), variety of tile choices, Mineral pool filtration with automatic PH control and spa electric lights.
Optional extras: Heating, Custom light packages (strip lights ect), Custom tiles, Capping, Exterior finishes, Decking, Landscaping, Fencing.

Yes. Our pools are designed for flexible installation: fully in-ground, partially above-ground, or freestanding. We'll help assess what works best for your site.

We typically need wide enough access for a hiab truck to deliver the pool. If you’re unsure, we can assess your property and advise on the best approach.

Plunge pools require regular cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks — just like a regular pool, but on a smaller scale. We provide manuals and guidance to help you care for your pool year-round.

Our pools come with a structural warranty on the concrete shell, Mapei waterproofing warranty and product warranties on all equipment and accessories. Full warranty details are provided in your quote and contract.
